They Have Been Extensively Studied Mainly For Applications Such As Solar Cells. Combining The Photosensitive Properties Of Bifeo3 (Bfo) With The Ferroelectric Properties Of Batio3 (Bt), Bfo / Bt Ceramic Bodies Were Prepared And Characterized As Composites For Solar Cell Applications. For The Synthesis Of The Composites, Bfo And Bt Were Prepared By The Solid State Reaction Method. The Crystalline Phases Present In The Calcined Powders Were Characterized Using X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd). These Bfo And Bt Powders Were Mixed In The Ratio, X (Batio3)(1-X)(Bifeo3), X = 0.10 And Subjected To A New Milling. The Composites Were Formed Uniaxially, In The Form Of Cylindrical Discs, And Sintered At 900ºc For 5h (10°C/Min). Ceramic Bodies Of Bt And Bfo Were Also Sintered For Comparison With Composites. The Sintered Samples Were Characterized Using X-Ray Diffraction (Xrd) Techniques, Scanning Electron Microscopy (Sem),
