The Multiprofessional Residency in Health is a lato sensu postgraduate program. The aims of this program is to qualify health professionals with integrality and quality of care and preparing them for teamwork and collaborative practice. This type of program is having a great expansion in Brazil, so it becomes relevant to develop research to evaluation these professionals with a Interprofessional Education modality. The evaluation of experiences in Interprofessional Education is a complex process. Many evaluations studies have researched this and the most successful studies use attitudinal scales. Objectives - The aim of this study is to build and validate a set of items for an attitudinal scale to assess the preparation for Teamwork and Collaborative Practice in Multiprofessional Health Residency Programs. Method – For the construction of scales, the Pasquali's model was used. About the theory, the theoretical foundations were systematized based on research in the literature. The literature was used to support the choice of the items of the 1st version with 28 items and to subimit that to expert judges and judges of the target population. About the experimental part, we applied the 28 items of the instrument to 289 residents of the second year of Multiprofessional Residency Programs in Health (R2). With this, we reach the objective of 10 times the number of items of the instrument. About the analytical, statistical analysis of the instrument was used. Results - the Dispersion index was 0.771 and the Confiability was 0.87. It was validated 22 assertions structured in 03 dimensions: 1) The formative proposal of the Multiprofessional Residency in Health for Teamwork and Collaborative Practice (08 items); 2) The concept of Teamwork and Collaborative Practice for the resident after his residency experience (03 items) and 3) The collaborative skills developed by the resident (11 items). Final Considerations - Despite the limitations, the set of validated items can be used in future research to go deep in the study of evaluation in Multiprofessional Residency Programs in Health.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosEquipes De Medicina Do Adolescente: Constituição, Funcionamento, Valores E Práticas Inter E Transdisciplinar(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2017-06-30) Silva, Dalva Alves [UNIFESP]; Vitalle, Maria Sylvia De Souza [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This thesis aimed to know how to constitute, organize, function and what values are important for adolescent medicine care teams, with the purpose of building knowledge about the performance in a multiprofessional team, from an inter and transdisciplinary perspective In education and health. The study is based on an empirical, naturalistic, descriptive and interpretative orientation of the data. The methodology chosen was the qualitative-quantitative theoretical phenomenological position, using as a method of data collection the Revised Work Values Scale (EVT-R) and a semi-structured open interview. Thirty-one (31) professionals, attending outpatient clinics at University Hospitals, responded to EVT-R, which allowed a better characterization of the sample and an objective view of the reference framework regarding work values from the point of view of the professionals of each One of the teams. Of these, twenty-five (25) voluntarily participated in the semi-structured open interview. The professionals were interviewed, in person, in their work places. The content analysis method, by Bardin (2011), was chosen for the interpretation and analysis of interviews. The results are articulated with the discussion and presented in three axes of content thematic analysis: 1) Attention to adolescent health. 2) Inter and transdisciplinary and teamwork. 3) Personal / professional and institutional values. The results indicate that teamwork in an interdisciplinary approach is a reality and a necessity; Transdisciplinarity is accepted and arouses interest, however, the theoretical-methodological foundations were not explicit in the interviews, indicating challenges to overcome in terms of knowledge of inter and transdisciplinary approaches. Challenges regarding the composition and maintenance of teams, which are subordinated to institutional management, were also observed. Regarding the attribution of the degree of importance of the EVT-R values, the results indicate that the factor "Universalism and benevolence" was considered extremely important for professionals. As for the values expressed in the semistructured open interview, an analysis inspired by Nietzsche's ideas indicates traditional values and conservation.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Narrativas de idosos moradores de cortiços em Santos: dilemas e encantamentos no cuidar(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2021) Muler, Gabriela [UNIFESP]; Maximino, Viviane Santalucia [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São PauloThe present research emerged from concerns about my work as a professional at the Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (Family Health Support Center) in the care of elderly people living in tenements in the Central Region of the city of Santos. There are countless dilemmas in the act of taking care that appears when encountering the subjects that reside in that territory, dilemmas that permeate the history and organization of the territory, but also the life stories of the elderly who live there and the fine line between denying care, warding and caring by the professionals. In behalf of that, this study had as a guiding question to know the life stories of elderly residents of tenements in downtown Santos, understand their strategies of living in their daily basis and give visibility to these people and their issues. For that, the cartography method was adopted, having the experience as a foothold. From the meetings, narratives of the life stories of each elderly person were produced, bringing up issues and concerns that permeate the logic behind the action of taking care of. How to build guide about how to taking care of others? And if the other person does not agree with a behavior that I think is better, how do I respect his/her autonomy even in case of life-death? With this research, it was possible to realize that the act of storytelling makes it possible to keep the memories alive through storytellers and the listeners. And upon the narratives’ construction, rescue of memories, experiences and caring, it is possible to create realities that are more and more pleasurable to be lived, or at least not so much suffered by negligence and lack of watchful eye. The search for health care should not be based on responses to the high demands of professionals and the system, but on paths built with the subjects, through gaps in time that we touch, experience. And what is resolution when we talk about life? Taking care of maybe it ́s not the only solution.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Os núcleos de apoio à saúde da família e as práticas grupais. Um estudo no município de Santos/SP(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2021) Silva, Juliana Camargo Da [UNIFESP]; Capozzolo, Angela Aparecida [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São PauloAmong the various support actions developed by professionals from the Family Health Support Centers (NASF) are group practices, which are important care strategies to enable comprehensive care. This study aimed to investigate how NASF professionals in Santos / SP plan and implement group practices with the Family Health Teams (eSF) they support; and as specific objectives, to know the group actions developed by the NASF teams, to identify which strategies are used by the professionals of the NASF teams for the implementation and monitoring of group actions, and to analyze the facilities and difficulties of the NASF teams in carrying out group practices. The research was of an exploratory nature, with a qualitative approach. Two professionals were selected from each NASF team in the municipality at the time of the research, totaling 10 professionals with different training areas. The production of the data took place through three meetings in the form of a Conversation Circle, in which some triggering strategies were used to start conversations, allowing the free discourse of thoughts and propositions. Meetings were recorded and the transcripts were analyzed according to the Content Analysis / Thematic Analysis technique. The speeches of these professionals generated nuclei of meaning that were synthesized in eight themes, and these grouped into four categories: Work organization, Training, Planning and Group conceptions. Difficulties were identified for the NASF teams to carry out group practices, among which we highlight: the arduous articulation between NASF professionals and ESS professionals supported by the planning and conducting group actions carried out in the units, the little management support, the valuation of individual assistance by managers and professionals of the eSF, the charge for meeting goals, the large number of eSF that each NASF team supports, the geographical distance between the supported health units and the number of actions that NASF professionals need accomplish. There are different perspectives and conceptions of group practices among professionals that translate into a diversity of group actions, with interesting experiences that involve the participation of users, the sharing of knowledge and the appreciation of the formation of bonds between participants. It was verified the importance of guaranteeing spaces for the planning of group actions among NASF and eSF professionals, as well as moments of Permanent Education to enable the exchange and access of information, the discussion and the construction of new possibilities for group practices among the professionals of the NASF teams, as well as the professionals of the supported eSF.

And the specific objectives were to provide encounters and speech possibilities, in which professionals could analyze their implications regarding the work performed in this Family Health Unit. It was a qualitative field research carried out and developed according to the theoretical-methodological framework of Institutional Analysis. The participants were sixteen professionals of this service. For the production of the data, there were conversational wheels among the participants and for the analysis the concept-tool of the analysis of the implications and the micropolitics of work and health care were used. The results have showed that the work is burdened by the affection and the caring in health, is conducted by the subjectivity from the participants involved. It has been clear that the absorption of the daily events at the Family and Health Strategy, is pervaded with complexity and life, and the professionals need and wish to participate in a creative enviroment altogether with discussions which permit the analysis of the implications and reflections concerning upon life and the health care work universe.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosO processo de formação de profissionais de saúde desenvolvido nos programas de residência do Hospital Sofia Feldman à luz da integralidade e interprofissionalidade(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-09-30) Moraes, Regina Celia Coelho De [UNIFESP]; Ferreira, Beatriz Jansen [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)In the construction process of the Unified Health System (UHS), the health policy and the System organizing process were disposed out in a set of laws and norms described in the Federal Constitution. For that reason, the Brazilian Ministry of Health has developed in past few years a several professional training policies and processes for the qualification of health workers. Among them, the Permanent Education Policy in Health, which aims to contribute, to transform and to qualify health care, the organization of actions and services, training processes, health practices and pedagogical practices. The development of several programs for structuring and strengthening the process of training and improvement of human resources in the health area proposes that professionals incorporate studies into the daily services, based on the principles and guidelines of UHS. The overall goal of this study is the analysis of the human resources training process developed in the Uniprofessional Residencies in Obstetric Nursing, Multiprofessional in Neonatology, Medical in Gynecology and Obstetrics and Medical in Neonatology of Hospital Sofia Feldman (HSF), in the light of integrality, multiprofessionality and interprofessionality. Integrity is defended as a principle of the right to health, being one of the fundamental presuppositions of the Brazilian State's health policy, which is intended to combine actions aimed at the realization of health as a right and as a service. The interprofessionality is constituted by processes where several health professionals work "with and for" (integration) and "not only together" in the construction of sustainable health care. This is a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory study with the use of a focal group, semi-structured interviews and the application of a Likert-type attitudinal instrument. The data showed the assertiveness of the programs regarding the totality of care in a formation focused on the SUS. They also present the recognition of a multiprofessional work that moves towards an interprofessional education. As challenges, the study evidenced the lack of institutional planning on the Programs, inadequate pedagogical qualification for teachers and preceptors and chronic budget insufficiency that, in the light of the perception of the actors involved, can seriously compromise the sustainability of the formative processes.
