This Study Was Carried Out Through A Keywords Data Collection, Considered As Descriptors, Obtained From The Curriculum Frameworks Of The Analyzed Institutions. In Order To Do This, This Study Considers Some Important Aspects Related To This Specific Theme. These Items Are The Following: The Nursery History In Brazil; The Transition Of Its Administrative Responsibility Towards To The Municipal Education Secretaries; The Society"S Perception On Baby As A Person That Have Legal Rights; The Study About Curriculum And The Way That Are Structured The Pedagogy Courses; And The Fun As A Way To Learn For Babies. Therefore, This Research Presents The Data Obtained From The Data Collecting, Explaining The Main Results And Conclusion About The Theme.
