METHODS: Twenty patients had both eyes examined by the Pentacam. Fourteen patients had three consecutives examinations from both eyes with sufficient quality and were included, Central corneal thickness, thinnest point, Kmax and corneal volume were measured. The repeatability coefficient was calculated based on the central corneal thickness for each patient. RESULTS: Mean age was 6.72 years, with six male patients and eight female. The mean repeatability coefficient was 1.12%. Other parameters such as K1, K2, KMÁX, thinnest point, corneal volume and topographic indices (ISV, IVA, KI, CKI, IHA, IHD) were also measured and calculated. CONCLUSION: The Pentacam was a reliable and repeatable test in school children.
