    Desafios Em Rede: Estudo Do Percurso Histórico Do Grupo Condutor Municipal Da Rede De Cuidados À Pessoa Com Deficiência No Município De Santos

    Bearing in mind the historical invisibility of people with disabilities in our society and the shortage of the supply of health services that fully meet their care needs, the Ministry of Health established, in 2012, the Health Care Network for People with Disabilities, which, as Unified Health System structural policy, aims to organize the points of attention, changing meaning to practices targeting this public. In 2013, the Municipal Department of Health in the city of Santos/SP started the work of the Municipal Conductor Group, which follow the guidelines developed by the Ministry of Health and provides for the points of attention mix to the health care of people with disabilities, developing the design of municipal care network and the contract of its points of attention. This research aimed to study the historical background of the Municipal Conductor Group in the construction of the Person Care Network with Disabilities in Santos, from March 2014 to December 2016. The choice of thematic oral history method, through narratives of the journeys of Municipal Conductor Group members, contributed to the construction of a narrative that enables the understanding of the links between the group's history, the care model proposed by the Health Care Network for People with Disabilities and the redefinition of health practices related to this population in the municipality. Aspects related to the conception of disability and personal constructs about the care representations emerged in a recurring way in the narratives, as well as the power of the GCM in strengthening health policies for this public. The results showed that people with disabilities need more accessible practices and services that address their needs.

    O Eterno Retorno E O Amor Fati De Nietzsche Como Situações Filosófico-Narrativas Em Quatro Contos De Borges

    This work aims at analyze, according to the concept of the philosophical-narrative situation, which elements of the Nietzschean philosophy, concerning to the Eternal Return and amor fati, are assumed as arguments of four pieces of fiction of Borges (The library of Babel, Biography of Tadeo Isidoro Cruz (1829-74) , The Other and The Immortal). Firstly, in order to define the method of investigation, a methodological concept must be established based on the concept of the philosophical-narrative situation and its connection with the Poetics of reading. Besides the tale The library of Babel is scrutinized to show that its argument is the cosmological version of Eternal Return of Nietzsche converted into philosophical-narrative situation. In the sequence, the narratives Biography of Tadeo Isidoro Cruz (1829-74) and The other are analyzed to show that the constitution of its arguments occurs through the Nietzschean concept of amor fati used as a philosophical-narrative situation. Finally, the text The immortal is put in scrutiny to evidence that its argument derives from the Eternal Return of Nietzsche instrumentalized by Borges like situation philosophical-narrative to create the short story. With this course, the work aims at to extract the consequences as to why Borges made use of these philosophical concepts of Nietzsche to create the thematized narratives in this text. This is the rason why such nietzschean concepts serve the poetic/aesthetic purpose of Borges to dissolution of subjectivity, It would be in harmony with the poetic discipline adopted by him, namely with the Poetics of reading.

    Problematizando As Práticas Profissionais De Uma Unidade De Saúde Da Família: O Encontro Dos Trabalhadores

    Abstract: The main objective of this research was to problematize the professional practices of a Family Health Unit located in the municipality of São Bernardo do Campo. And the specific objectives were to provide encounters and speech possibilities, in which professionals could analyze their implications regarding the work performed in this Family Health Unit. It was a qualitative field research carried out and developed according to the theoretical-methodological framework of Institutional Analysis. The participants were sixteen professionals of this service. For the production of the data, there were conversational wheels among the participants and for the analysis the concept-tool of the analysis of the implications and the micropolitics of work and health care were used. The results have showed that the work is burdened by the affection and the caring in health, is conducted by the subjectivity from the participants involved. It has been clear that the absorption of the daily events at the Family and Health Strategy, is pervaded with complexity and life, and the professionals need and wish to participate in a creative enviroment altogether with discussions which permit the analysis of the implications and reflections concerning upon life and the health care work universe.
