    O estudo das reresentações sociais e sua influência no trabalho docente: análise das dimensões afetivas e a produção de sentido

    This analysis aims to understand the social representations of teachers in the elementary school about the teaching work and its interaction with professional knowledge. We made four semi-structured interviews, with public school teachers who work in the outskirts of São Paulo. They were selected by convenience. The interviews were about the vision of the teachers about their jobs, the school environment, and their relationship with the students, their peers, as well as their life history and professional trajectory. The focus of this dissertation is in the relationship between the representation structure and its social conditions of production, as in the social practices that produce and justify the former. We start analyzing the specificities of the teaching work with and on human beings, and proceed to integrate the social determinations of the context and the social and cultural differences of each one: gender, age, values, and experiences. In this sense, we deal with individuals with singular stories that interact in real situations. To understand the main factors that motivated these teachers to remain in the teaching activity was the main challenge of this research. The results show contradictions and ambivalences in the representations facing the diversity and difficulties of the school universe. In this way, the teachers can be understood as individuals that build significance for their work while they live the contradictions of education, in opposition to a point of view that considers only their rationality.

    Representações sociais de adolescentes e jovens intersexuais

    Intersex people have high specific conditions anatomical, genetic, endocrinological and morphological and requiring multidisciplinary care. These conditions concern the process of human development, interference with the peculiar social, psychological, cultural and physical point of view, functional training, and should be considered at times to provide care to these individuals. The condition of nurse and researcher directly involved in monitoring and ambulatory surgical these guys motivated the writing of this study conducted in a large children's hospital in the city of São Paulo, the national reference for these cases. Thus, this study, from the methodological presuppositions of Social Representations, identify the representations of intersexual adolescents and youths and recognize the subjectivities emerging body of situation. This research involved five girls from 14 to 22 years and found that living with situations such private body can be understood as belonging to a new dimension, where anatomical structures are shaped in order to enroll subjects into possible areas within the correlation between sex and gender, providing a perspective for nursing underexplored.

    Tribunal de contas e controle social - uma análise das representações com decisão, apresentadas ao tribunal de contas do estado de São Paulo em 2013 e 2014

    The objective of this study is to verify the State of São Paulo Court of Auditors ? TCE-SP ? performance with regard to the legality, efficiency, advertising and formal dimension of accountability, for this considering the procedural review of the decisions of representations filed in 2013 and 2014 and judged until 28/01/15. The purpose of this study was, in first, analyze the complaints made to the São Paulo?s Court of Auditors but, due to the lack of disclosure on the website of the institution, we proceed to the analysis solely of representations. To do this, first we position the audit courts in the democratic rule of law, assessing their independence and autonomy. Then we follow with the explanation of its main features and prerogatives, as well as the review of the nature of its decisions and its process. We pass, in sequence, to talk about control in the broad sense for the purpose of understand how it is exploited in Brazil. As the analysis of present decisions based on indicators related to the constitutional principles of efficiency, legality and publicity, as well as formal dimension of accountability, we treat these issues to finally introduce the channels for bringing complaints and representations existing in the Court of Auditors of the State of São Paulo and performed an analysis of the decisions itself, based on indicators developed for this purpose. Regarding the methodology, as to the means the research was bibliographical and documentary and, as to the purposes, descriptive. Decisions, judgments and rulings of the TCE-SP were collected from the website of the institution and the data generated from it were analyzed qualitatively, based on the constitutional principles of legality, transparency and efficiency, as well as formal dimension of accountability. It was found, finally, that the indicators are present only partially in the decisions of TCE-SP, requiring improvements in information provided. The study also suggests actions for constitutional principles and accountability are respected, so that the TCE-SP fulfill its role of negative feedback mechanism and thus enable an effective social control.
