Repetition Of The Test Is Recommended As Standard Practice, With A One-Hour Rest Interval Between Tests. Studies Dedicated To Outpatient Assessment In Several Populations Have Shown That When Tests Are Performed More Than Once The Distance May Be Higher In The Second Test. However, In The Case Of Patients After Hospitalized Acute Myocardial Infarction (Ami), There Are No Reports In The Literature About The Need To Repeat The Test Applied Early. According To The Literature, The Functional Capacity Of These Patients Is Influenced By The Coronary Microcirculation, And There Is No Record Of The Relation Between The Coronary Artery Culprit For The Event (Infarct-Related Artery) And The Need Of Two Tests On The Tc6'. Objective: To Evaluate If There Is Difference In The Distance Covered Between The First And Second Tc6'; And To Inves
