Objectives: To verify the presence of depressive symptomatology in nurses of the Family Health Strategy of the city of Guarulhos / SP; Identify the intensity of this symptomatology; To know the triggering factors of this symptomatology and to evaluate the nurses' perception of their psychological suffering and working conditions. Method: Exploratory-descriptive study, quantitative method, performed with nurses of the Family Health Strategy of the city of Guarulhos / SP. A semi-structured sociodemographic questionnaire and psychometric scales were used to evaluate the depressive symptomatology: Beck Depression Inventory, Montgomery & Asberg Depression Scale, and Hamilton Depression Scale. Fisher's exact test and Student's t-test were used for the statistical analysis. Results: Sample comprised of 59 nurses. The predominant profile was female (91.53%). Most of the participants presented depressive symptoms on the scales with 40.67% for the IDB scale, 89.83% for the HAM-D scale and 91.53% for the MADRS scale of the total interviewees. The main factors pointed out by the nurses for their illness were related to the working conditions. Most of the nurses did not perceive themselves to be ill or that such a situation affected the quality of care provided. The intensity of the predominant depressive symptomatology was mild to moderate and the results of the observation scales were congruent and divergent for the self-assessment scale. In the Beck scale there was a low result for depressive symptomatology and this is believed to be due to the omission or nonperception of the symptoms by the interviewees. All of them were oriented on presented symptomatology and referred to specialized care. Most of the nurses pointed to working conditions as a promoter of illness, with emphasis on factors related to the number of nurses' assignments, work overload, lack of organizational structure, lack of human resources, excessive collection and lack Of valuation of nurses. Conclusion: There was a high prevalence of depressive symptoms in the sample studied. The data found in this study should be reflected on interventions to improve the quality of life at work to promote workers' mental health and reduce harmful effects.

OBJECTIVE: In order to broach preventively the vocal aggression, it was tried to standardize a self assessment questionnaire to professors of all educational level, including beyond the clinical symptoms also the factors of the work organization. METHOD: It was performed a study of transversal cut in 328 professors of 4 educational institutions of the northern of São Paulo, which it was applied a self assessment questionnaire elaborated by TRipartite Commission of Standardization for Professional Voice. RESULTS: It was determined the prevalence of clinical symptoms that compound the dysphonic syndrome, as well as it was delineate the work organization and the quality of life of this population. CONCLUSION: The questionnaire applied was showed itself satisfactory en the description and elaboration of parameters with the aim of to implement preventive programs to populations exposed to professional overload of the voice use. Case study.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosO trabalho em saúde na atenção básica no município de São Paulo: olhares sobre um cenário em transformação(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2014-03-12) Carnevalli, Fabio Urbini [UNIFESP]; Silva, Geovani Gurgel Aciole da Silva [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)The field of knowledge in Occupational Health is part of the Public Health and aims to know the relations of labor and the health-disease process in connection therewith. In the context of health care work in the setting of primary care, work activities have specificities and peculiarities, being possible, from the identification of vulnerabilities that workers are exposed, to suggest and relate the specific illness of work and job dissatisfaction and to understand the turnover professional service. The main objective of this study was to analyze and describe the health of this level of care worker, according to the perceptions of workers and the interpretation of reports. The qualitative research methodology, five groups chat and five interviews with problem-solving discussion questions from semi-structured questionnaires applied to workers at basic health units and family health units were performed, as well as their administrative coordinators of each service. Altogether were conducted an interview and a group chat by health unit in São Paulo: Central West, North, East, Southeast and South. After understanding how work is organized in each health unit and knowledge of professionals from their experiences and knowledge about the model proposed work in primary care, was possible to identify and understand key generators reasons for vulnerabilities: the relationship with the user, the territory ascribed the unit working, passing by issues of lack of material resources, and building physical infrastructure, human resources quality and quantity. These factors become more susceptible to illness and absence from work and imply a higher turnover in jobs, not applicable or the logic of the services or the quality of service to users. Proposals were prepared workers believe that the most varied attitudes need to be implemented and deployed, including personal and collective attitudes among employees and teams, as well as possibilities that require validation by the local administrator. Moreover, the major dissatisfactions revealed in the survey were related low appreciation, both financially and in relation to plans for jobs and careers, the lack of network support in SUS to take care of your health, not to feel included in the planning of actions and not being heard your complaints and demands as workers of SUS.
