Clima criativo em sala de aula: uma revisão integrativa

Resumo
Foi objetivo desta revisão integrativa mapear produções científicas sobre clima criativo em sala de aula em escolas de Ensino Fundamental. Para a seleção do material, foi utilizada a estratégia “População, Conceito e Contexto”, tendo-se atores de salas de aula como população, clima criativo como conceito e salas de aula de escolas de Ensino Fundamental como contexto. Bases de dados ligadas à Psicologia, à Educação e outras interdisciplinares foram consultadas. Os resultados revelaram fatores inibidores da criatividade ligados a currículo, infraestrutura escolar e relação aluno-professor; além de fatores facilitadores, como o engajamento do aluno e a abertura à expressão de novas ideias. A análise também apontou a relevância do investimento na criatividade pessoal do docente. Espera-se que os resultados deste estudo evidenciem a importância do oferecimento institucional de formação continuada e de boas condições de trabalho para os professores da educação básica, de maneira a favorecer o pensamento criativo de professores e alunos.
The objective of this integrative review was to map scientific productions on classroom creative climate in elementary schools. The "Population, Concept, and Context" framework was used for the selection of materials, including classroom actors as the population, creative climate as the concept, and classrooms in elementary schools as the context. Databases related to Psychology, Education, and other interdisciplinary fields were consulted. The results revealed inhibiting factors for creativity related to curriculum, school infrastructure, and the student-teacher bond, as well as facilitating factors, such as student engagement and openness to the expression of new ideas. The analysis also highlighted the relevance of focusing on the personal creativity of teachers. It is hoped that the results of this study will emphasize the importance of institutional assets for continuing education and good working conditions for primary education teachers, in order to foster the creative thinking of both teachers and students.
