Objective: To validate the Guide “Classic Pilates for Nonspecific Chronic Low Back Pain” through the E-Delphi Method. Methods: Thirty (30) individuals called panelists were selected, including 10 physicians, 10 instructors and 10 practitioners of the Pilates method. For validation of the guide, the panelists answered a form that contained 12 questions relevant to the subject, related to the understanding and coherence of the guide. For data analysis, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient (α) and the Content Validity Index (CVI) were used as methods. Results: The results show that the proposed instrument obtained CVI values greater than 0.90 in its evaluation, that is, there was high agreement between the evaluators. Conclusion: When evaluated using the E-Delphi method, the Guide “Classic Pilates for Nonspecific Chronic Low Back Pain” proved to be reliable for use in patients with this symptom, showing high concordance values in the CVI and Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
