Mediante ao desafio da refrigeração e condicionamento de ar para armazenamento de produtos na indústria e controle de qualidade de processos, o presente trabalho visa propor um sistema de refrigeração para atendimento à demanda de um caminhão frigorífico para transporte de carnes. O modelo de referência adotado foi o mesmo proposto pela empresa Thermo King, multinacional responsável pela produção e venda de equipamentos de refrigeração para transporte, a partir da potência mínima de 13.500 BTU/h para a refrigeração do caminhão analisou-se o ciclo de refrigeração com dois pares de refrigerante, amônia/água e R134a/DMF. Para a análise da eficiência energética e eficácia de cada ciclo usou-se o simulador software HYSYS®, através das simulações foram gerados dados para a comparação dos dois pares de refrigerantes utilizados. Em geral, nota-se que a maior eficiência obtida no ciclo foi de 40,8 %.
With the challenge of refrigeration and air conditioning for product storage in industry and quality control of processes, the present work aims to propose a refrigeration system to attend the demand of a reefer truck to transport meat. The reference model adopted was the same one proposed by Thermo King, a multinational company responsible for the production and sale of refrigeration equipment for transportation, starting from the minimum power of 13,500 BTU / h for the refrigeration of the truck, the refrigeration cycle was analyzed with two pairs of refrigerant, ammonia / water and R134a / DMF. For the analysis of the energy efficiency and effectiveness of each cycle, the HYSYS® software simulator was used, through the simulations, with the generated data the pairs of refrigerants used were compared. In general, it is observed that the highest efficiency obtained in the cycle was 40.8%
