Resumo
O trabalho está fortemente implicado nos processos psicológicos e na
construção subjetiva e identitária do trabalhador. Buscou-se nesta pesquisa
compreender a relação entre o trabalho e os processos subjetivos vivenciados pelo
protagonista do filme A partida (Takita, 2008), e investigar de que forma o trabalho e
o seu reconhecimento podem contribuir para a superação de sofrimentos psíquicos.
A análise hermenêutica foi embasada no filme, que aborda diversos aspectos
voltados ao trabalho e ao luto, e em autores que discorrem sobre as temáticas
apresentadas nele, a partir de conceitos teóricos da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e da
Psicanálise, complementada pela compreensão dos aspectos e atravessamentos
sociais e culturais que colorem a relação do personagem do filme com sua atividade
profissional. Os resultados indicam que o processo de reconhecimento e de
sublimação no trabalho proporcionaram ao personagem do filme a superação do
sofrimento ocasionado pela partida de seu pai.
Work is strongly involved in the psychological processes and in the subjective and identity construction of the worker. The aim of this research was to understand the relationship between work and subjective processes experienced by the protagonist of the film Departures (Takita, 2008), and investigate how work and its recognition can contribute to overcoming psychic suffering. The hermeneutic analysis was based on the film, which addresses various aspects related to work and grief, and authors who discuss the themes presented in it, based on theoretical concepts of the Psychodynamics of Work and Psychoanalysis, complemented by the understanding of the social and cultural aspects that mark the relationship of the film character with his professional activity. The results indicate that the process of recognition and sublimation at work allowed the film character to overcome the suffering caused by his father's departure.
