It addresses changes that are demanded by ?Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva? (BRASIL, 2008) regards the definition of the children that should attend educational especial support (Atendimento Educacional Especializado). The present work is methodological and theoretically base in Cultural Historical Psychology (and Vigotski?s ideas) about human social development and especial education. The field work and analysis applied here highlight the work of Freitas in view of qualitative research under Vigotski and Bakhtin theories, emphasizing dialogical and enunciative approach of language. Brazilians researchers? contribution to educational evaluation field and especial education are also considered, specifically the history of disabilities persons educational in relation within ways to see disabilities. This research was development using group interviews, each group being compose of six specialist teachers in charge of evaluating children and select them to attend or not especial educational support, also municipal documents / guides were studied. The analysis was built from teachers? speeches in relation with documents and allows us to see that existent guides are not enough to change the definitions used to choose the participant children and that to do so many difficulties are faced. Those difficulties are connected to the way guides and official documents are elaborated; and to the relationship between standard education programs and especial education; also to conceptions of evaluation and intellectual disabilities, problems that interfere in forming good relations with those students and restrict possibilities of transformation by school practices.

Although half of these MS consider themselves traditional, the group recognizes the importance and influence of this axis in the medical education process, considering it essential for supporting the implemented changes and ensuring interaction between University, Health Services and Community from the perspective of integrality. For this group of 28 medical schools, the axis Teaching Development is very far from the recommendations of the National Curriculum Guidelines.
This analysis aims to understand the social representations of teachers in the elementary school about the teaching work and its interaction with professional knowledge. We made four semi-structured interviews, with public school teachers who work in the outskirts of São Paulo. They were selected by convenience. The interviews were about the vision of the teachers about their jobs, the school environment, and their relationship with the students, their peers, as well as their life history and professional trajectory. The focus of this dissertation is in the relationship between the representation structure and its social conditions of production, as in the social practices that produce and justify the former. We start analyzing the specificities of the teaching work with and on human beings, and proceed to integrate the social determinations of the context and the social and cultural differences of each one: gender, age, values, and experiences. In this sense, we deal with individuals with singular stories that interact in real situations. To understand the main factors that motivated these teachers to remain in the teaching activity was the main challenge of this research. The results show contradictions and ambivalences in the representations facing the diversity and difficulties of the school universe. In this way, the teachers can be understood as individuals that build significance for their work while they live the contradictions of education, in opposition to a point of view that considers only their rationality.

These interpretative ways were mobilized because they claim for a sociohistorical perspective from language, which leads to the production of meaning to discursive event of teachers? strike. The hypothesis is that this phenomenon in the news media not only creates representations, but fosters social values. Considering that the media constitutes a place of memory, the aim is to demonstrate how, from the journalistic practice, Folha de S. Paulo (FSP) updates memories of teachers? strike. In order to do it, the headlines that circulated since the first strike (1963) in the FSP were rescued to reconstitute: a) the discursive memory, from the perspective of the FDA; and b) the memory of the strike culture, through the DDA approach. Based on these different concepts of memory, a corpus was defined, consisting of the 28 headlines published in the printed version of the FSP during the 2015 teachers? strike. Also based on the two conceptions of memory, were delimited two files, each with 9 headlines that were analyzed by the different interpretive paths. The analysis by the FDA considered the concepts of discursive memory, interdiscourse (Courtine, [2009] 2014), utterance (Foucault, [1969] 2006) and discursive event (Pêcheux, [1988] 2006) and showed an effect of discrediting by the "distension" of the teachers? strike, discursed by the FSP as a movement that is felt in a "soft" way in social everyday life. From the perspective of ADD, were mobilized the notion of object memory (Amorim, 2009), utterance, intonation and other concepts treated by Bakhtin (and the Circle) throughout their work. The dialogical analysis pointed out that there is in the enunciation of the FSP a structuring value of delegitimation of the teachers? strike event, for which this movement does not share the values of society.

- ItemSomente MetadadadosManaging dysphonia in occupational voice users(Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2014-06-01) Behlau, Mara [UNIFESP]; Zambon, Fabiana [UNIFESP]; Madazio, Glaucya; Ctr Estudos Voz; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP); Sindicato Prof São Paulo SINPROPurpose of reviewRecent advances with regard to occupational voice disorders are highlighted with emphasis on issues warranting consideration when assessing, training, and treating professional voice users.Recent findingsFindings include the many particularities between the various categories of professional voice users, the concept that the environment plays a major role in occupational voice disorders, and that biopsychosocial influences should be analyzed on an individual basis. Assessment via self-evaluation protocols to quantify the impact of these disorders is mandatory as a component of an evaluation and to document treatment outcomes. Discomfort or odynophonia has evolved as a critical symptom in this population. Clinical trials are limited and the complexity of the environment may be a limitation in experiment design.SummaryThis review reinforced the need for large population studies of professional voice users; new data highlighted important factors specific to each group of voice users. Interventions directed at student teachers are necessities to not only improving the quality of future professionals, but also to avoid the frustration and limitations associated with chronic voice problems. the causative relationship between the work environment and voice disorders has not yet been established. Randomized controlled trials are lacking and must be a focus to enhance treatment paradigms for this population.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosVocal hygiene for the voice professional(Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2009-06-01) Behlau, Mara; Oliveira, Gisele; CEV; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)PurposeThis article presents the current state of knowledge regarding vocal hygiene for the voice professional.Recent findingsResearch regarding vocal hygiene has primarily focused on two areas: vocal hygiene as a preventive strategy, and vocal hygiene as a management technique for individuals with voice disorders. It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of vocal hygiene as a preventive tool as programs are often expensive leading to limited data. Vocal hygiene as a sole strategy for the treatment of voice disorders has shown minimal, but favorable results. As a component of a comprehensive therapeutic program, it is difficult to isolate the influence of vocal hygiene. However, limited components of vocal hygiene including hydration and vocal rest have been associated with improved therapeutic outcomes. in addition, the current literature proposes a paradigm shift away from more restrictive therapy approaches to a holistic approach to vocal well being.SummaryVocal hygiene should be considered only as a component of a broad vocal rehabilitation program. the role of vocal hygiene as a means to prevent voice disorders remains unproven. Additionally, some of the findings may be applied to both dysphonic and healthy individuals in order to facilitate vocal well being.
